This study aims to analyze the cardiopulmonary function of users of different sexes and ages in lower extremity exercise. Physiological changes after exercise training for six weeks according to the predicted maximum heart rate are further analyzed. And hopes to provide a reference basis for different consumers' future exercise needs through this research result. It also hopes to provide a direction for sports equipment product designers when designing exercise prescriptions. The results of this study: Through the experimental results of the elliptical machine and bicycle heart rate and oxygen uptake, body weight of the relationship between the results showed that bicycle and elliptical machine trajectory is not only close to its maximum heart rate and other cardiopulmonary physiological response Is close to the other in the high load with the movement, the elliptical movement in the cardiopulmonary burden is much larger than the bicycle, the physiological response of women is more obvious; therefore, if the bicycle movement prescription transferred to the elliptical machine, you have to consider the load Increased slope, too large will increase the user's burden, and dangerous. Therefore, in this study, we can formulate the exercise prescription set in the study as a reference for formulating the lower extremity elliptical motion model in the future. |
