Under the impact of the global wave of education reform, principal challenges such as school administration accountability expansion,multiple student learning needs,the enhancement of parental education choice,the growing complexity of community relations, and small population of children. Traditional models of leadership has been unable to cope complex school environment,so positive leadership will therefore bred. Only members sincerely moved, in order to promote administrative staff fully demonstrated positive energy. Teachers can also play forward beyond the results, and thus enhance the quality of school education. Principal leadership is positive forward of the forward thinking to understand the organization members' behavior and attitude. And then principal's positive leadership create a positive organizational culture. So it could develop efficient administrative team,and set up the school vision and features. It aiso could encourage members work hard for organizational goals,and achieve selfrealization. Finally,it could create a healthy, friendly, caring, trust, school climate,and enhance the competitiveness of school education. This article will discuss positive leadership's connotation, and integrate for positive leadership on the quality of school education and principles,and then provide practitioners of reference. |
