The rural education modernization in Taiwan has laid a solid foundation for the modernization of the rural population. On the basis of discussing the connotation of education modernization and from the perspective of learning community construction, this paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of various educational institutions in Taiwan, and discusses the combination of school age, pre service and post vocational education, to promote rural education for life, to improve the quality of rural population, and to provide reference for the reform of rural governance in mainland of china. |
