臺灣原住民教育政策分析－－以「原住民族教育法」為例

Policy analysis on Taiwan's Indigenous Peoples Education –taking Education Act for Indigenous Peoples as an example

臺灣近年的教育改革方向是促進教育公平、提高教育質量。其中「原住民族教育法」是體現這一改革目標的典型規。本文通過對該法進行政策分析，從立法沿革、背景、特點及省思進行梳理，以把握臺灣原住民教育政策的特點和經驗，為改進大陸少數民族教育提供借鑒和策進。

Education reform of Taiwan is aimed at the value of equity and efficiency. Education Act for Indigenous Peoples of Taiwan is a typical law for this aim. Through policy analysis on the Education Act for Indigenous Peoples helps to understand the background, policy values, and the nature of the act better, which offers us some advices to solve education problem of Chinese minority.
