高等教育品質保障政策研究進展綜述

Review and Prospect of Research on Higher Education Quality Assurance Policy

基於中國高等教育品質保障政策研究的歷時定位，選取2004—2014 年間相關成果進行了系統的梳理與分析。結果表明，研究文獻數量呈逐步增長態勢，成果主要涉及價值研究、實施研究、評價分析、問題研究、改進研究和比較研究六個方面，“外部教育品質保障”、“本科教學評估”及“人才培養品質”是研究熱點。研究內容涉及面廣，呈不均衡分佈，以定性研究為主，定量研究和地方性知識累積較為薄弱，注重西方理論借鑒，原創性理論構建尚付闕如。

In order to locate the research about quality of higher education policy in the related research, the article collects and analyzes systematically the field in 2004-2014 relevant achievements in China. The results illustrate that the number of research papers get a gradual growth, the results of research lock in value evaluation, analysis, research, improve research and comparative study of the six aspects, and ＂the external education quality assurance＂, ＂undergraduate teaching assessment＂ and ＂talent＂ is the focus of research. Taking all the things in consideration, the research content involves a wide, asymmetrical distribution, based on qualitative research and the original theory of research is lacking.
