De Novo規劃法之應用－－以交大校園土地使用規劃為例

APPLICATION OF DE NOVO PROGRAMMING TO LANDUSE PLANS OF THEORY OF CHIAO TUNG UNIVERSITY

本研究應用De Novo規劃法作最適系統之設計，首先回顧De Novo規劃法之內涵與規劃步驟；而後以校園土地使用規劃為例，說明De Novo規劃法之實作。實證研究中，並構建校園土地使用數學模式，以國立交通大學實際資料為推估參數之依據，進行實證研究。實證結果顯示， De Novo規劃法確實可改善系統績效，可在相同預算下，透過資源之適當配置，達成較原有資源分配下之結果為佳之目標值。

This paper applies the De Novo Programming Approach to design optimal system. We review the De Novo Programming Approach first, and describe its planning steps. Then, we have a empirical study on campus land use to show how it work. In the empirical study, we build a campus land use model and use the real data of National Chiao Tung University to estimate the parameters. However, the results of the empirical study show that De Novo Programming Approach can really improve the system performance. It can reach the better performance than the objective value of the orginal resource alloction by reallocating the system configurations on the same budget constraints.
