無線通訊系統之分析在博物館之應用

目前無線電話系統可分為：「低功率行動電話系統及高功率行動電話系統。」低功率行動電話是傳統家用無線電話的延伸，而且是個人行動通訊中相當重要的一環，在人口密度高的國家如日本、歐洲等地，均有相當不錯的發展歷程，台灣地理環境與日本類似，人口密度亦高人口密度亦高，而且都市化程度也相當接近先進國家，未來在發展低功率行動電話具備不錯的潛力。而高功率行動電話系統（大哥大行動電話）在台灣已非常普及，由於其具有穿透性高、傳輸遠、通話範聞廣及提供國際漫遊等特性，不僅在都會地區相當普遍，也遍及偏遠地區。然而這兩種系統都有其優缺點，如何因應此兩種系統的特性發展符合機構需求的通訊架構，乃是本文所要嘗試研究的方向。本文主要在闡述無線電話的發展演進過程，了解目前市場上通訊系統的發展趨勢，針對企業行動虛擬網路MVPN（Mobile Virtual Private Network）之實例作一分析，以探討其未來應用在國立科學工藝博物館（以下簡稱科工館）電話交換機系統之可行性。科工館因館區佔地廣闊且員工工作內容機動性高，常常不在辦公桌上，而現有Ericsson隨身呼叫系統，也只限於館內通訊使用，目前正面臨設備老舊，維護零件短缺等問題，所以基於花費成本及通訊需要考量，似乎可跟民間電信業者合作，以整合科工館之交換機系統及員工的行動電話，建構成無線辦公室通訊服務網路，除了強化科工館內部的通訊需求，更可針對導覽資訊服務等建立輔合民眾需求的無線查詢資料系統。

Current mobile phone system can be divided into Personal Handyphone System, PHS and Global System for Mobile Communications, GSM. PHS was developed from traditional domestic cellular phone and is a very important step in the history of personal mobile communication system. PHS has quite positive historical development in countries with high population density such as Japan and European countries. Taiwan's geological environment is similar to Japan, it has high population density, and its degree of urbanization is close to developed countries. Therefore, the future development of PHS in Taiwan has great possibilities. GSM has become very popularized in Taiwan. Its features such as high penetration, long transfer distance, wide communication range, and support of global roaming have made it popular both in urban and rural areas. However, both two systems have their disadvantages. Therefore, the attempt on taking advantage of these two systems and establishing a suitable communication framework by organization need is the study target of this paper.
