許多人誤認為無障礙的環境,只有對殘障者有幫助。事實上,無障礙的環境也對於老年人、推著嬰兒車或陪同幼童的父母與因意外造成短暫行動不便的民眾進出與在此環境中活動有所幫助(Bone, 1996)。根據統計約有17%的殘障者是一出生就有身體上的殘障,約有83%的殘障者可能是由於疾病、意外、年老或戰爭等因素所造成的(Servedio,1979)。每一個人都可能在他們的生命週期間,遭遇到暫時性或永久性的身體殘障,由於良好的醫療與照料,延長了人們的壽命,促使因年老而造成的永久性身體殘障的人口急速增加(Barnes, Mercer & Shakespeare1999)。因此,無障礙環境的營造不只對現在已是身為殘障者的生活有所助益,亦對於現在還不是身體殘障者的未來生活品質提供了一種保障。 |
英文摘要 |
Barrier free exhibition environment will not only allow visitors to pass in and out an exhibition and use exhibition facilities, but also allow exhibition messages to communicate with visitors. This study aims at constructing design model that can be used to communicate between exhibition messages and most visitors who may be paropsia, dysacousia, or both. The suggestions of the designs model are to build up a suitable communication environment, to install clear communication messages, and to offer multi-communication channels for message delivery. |
