Tenoxicam治療類風濕性關節炎及退化性關節炎之臨床雙盲試驗

Double-Blind Clinical Trial For Tenoxicam in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis

在半年時間內，共有20例退化性關節炎及23例類風濕性關節炎接受Tenoxicam之臨床雙盲治療測試。結果顯示，在Diclofenac當作對照組下，Tenoxicam較Diclofenac治療類風濕性關節炎效果為佳，而另以piroxicam作對照組治療退化性關節炎時，Tenoxicam雖亦有效但不如piroxicam好。Tenoxicam對腸胃及皮膚之副作用與國外報告類似。但因病例較少，需再試用更多病例，方知其副作用之機率。

Within half an year, 20 cases with osteoarthritis (OA) and 23 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled in a study of double-blind clinical trial for tenoxicam (Tilcotil). The results showed tenoxicam was more effective, in comparison with diclofenac, to treat patients with OA. Gastrointestinal and skin side effects of tenoxicam on our patients were similar to that of western report but we have to study more cases before we know definitely about the incidence.
