廣泛性的硬皮症病人具有抗中心節抗體陽性反應只有併發輕微的肺功能異常：1病歷報告

Diffuse Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis Manifesting Positive Anticentromere Antibody, and Mild Pulmonary Disorder: Report of a Case

廣泛性的硬皮症病人比較常發生內臟器官的病變，且此類病人抗中心節抗體很少呈現陽性反應，我們報告一個廣泛性的硬皮症病人早期軀幹部份就有硬皮變化，並且病人抗中心節抗體呈現陽性反應。然而發病三年後，病人只有輕微的肺功能異常，而且開始有硬皮軟化的現象，回顧文獻，我們認為在廣泛性的硬皮症病人中，若抗中心節抗體呈陽性反應的病人可能預後會較抗中心節抗體呈陰性反應的病人佳。

Patients with diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dSSc) rarely have positive anticentromere antibody (ACA), and are prone to develop visceral disorders. We report a case of dSSc, who had early truncal skin involvement and positive ACA. However, after three years of disease onset she had mild pulmonary disorder only and gradually regression of skin sclerosis. Literature review, we proposed that ACA-positive dSSc patients may be more often (than ACA-negative dSSc patients) to develop favourable prognosis.
