博物館科技：是教育、是娛樂、還是通通都是？

Museum Media Technology: Is it Education, Entertainment or Both?

本文將結合文獻探討，針對三種博物館運用科技的方法：博物館網站、行動裝置應用程式（App）和博物館最基本的展覽展示，來論述博物館科技的運用是帶給觀眾教育還是娛樂。筆者群將從網站角色的變化、App的數位學習，以及展覽展示結合科技的形式來討論博物館科技在教育和娛樂間的角色定位。並深入思考現今博物館在科技應用上是「為科技而科技」或是應用科技來加深觀眾對博物館及展品的熟悉度，進而留下一個美好的博物館「個人化」經驗。

Focusing on museum websites, apps and exhibit design methods, this paper used literature review to discuss whether the use of media technology would bring visitors an educational learning experience or simply entertainment. It debated if museum media is used for “the sake of technology” or the application of technology would enhance audience's understanding of museum objects and exhibit content that leads to a good and personalized museum experience.
