八十年度市售蔬果農藥殘留量調查

SURVEY OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

由於臺灣地處亞熱帶，氣候高溫多濕，作物栽培密集，致使病蟲害較其他地區嚴重，因而影響作物之產量、品質、生產成本、及消費意願，為減輕損失，農民施用農藥以防治農作物之病蟲害，為目前最經濟便捷的方法。農藥既是用來防除病蟲害，多少都具有某一程度之毒性，但因具有消退性，如按規定施用，尚不致對國民健康造成危害。唯若農民不按規範施用，例如提高施用劑量，提早採收農作物等，則會導致蔬果中農藥殘留問題，成為社會各界所關注的焦點。本局為了解市售蔬果農藥殘留情形，曾於民國76年11月至77年10月利用多重殘留分析法並配合有機硫磺劑之檢驗法，進行四十五種農藥殘量檢驗，經回收試驗結果顯示多重殘留分析法適用範圍廣，敏感度高，適合作為蔬果農藥檢驗方法。

The pesticide residues in 1329 fruit and vegetable samples were analyzed with a multiresidue method from July 1990 to June 1991 in Taiwan. The results showed that 384 of 1329 samples (28.9%) contained pesticide residues but only 48 samples (3.6%) violated the Tolerance set by Department of Health. The incidence of pesticide residues varied from samples to samples, the highest incidence was found in leafy vegetables.
