市售國產及進口果汁中加保利殘留量調查

SURVEY OF CARBARYL RESIDUE IN THE DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED JUICE

加保利（Carbaryl，商品名Sevin）是一種用途廣泛之氨基甲酸鹽系（Carbamates）殺蟲劑，與有機磷殺蟲劑一樣，在體內與膽鹼酯酶（Cholinesterase）結合而顯示其毒性，但結合的強度比有機磷劑弱。加保利對哺乳類動物之急性毒性不高，例如對老鼠LD50。為500~700mg/Kg，惟最近研究顯示加保利具有慢性毒性（致畸胎性、生殖系統毒性）。此殺蟲劑常使用於蔬果穀類作物上，亦使用於環境衛生，對熱、光及酸穩定，在鹼中水解，對植物體有浸透轉移性，可由根，莖吸收轉移到果實體內。

One hundred samples were purchased from Taipei, Kaohsiung and Tainan city during September, 1990 to March, 1991. After being detected by the postcolumn reaction systems in Liquid Chromatography, the results showed that 9 samples (9%) were found with carbaryl residue: 4 of them were imported grape juice, the residues ranged from 0.02 to 0.04 ppm, 2 of them were domestic peach juice, the residues ranged from 0.01 to 0.03 ppm, the other imported samples (apple juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice), the residues ranged from 0.02 to 0.03 ppm.
