The content of Aspartane in marketed food is determined by te thin layer chromatography and the high performance liquid chromatograph methods. Altogether, the 50 samples consisted of: beverages, soy sauces, candied fruits, cereal products and special foods. These samples collected and anallyzed. The results showed that 3 samples were detected positive: 2 of them were drinks with Aspartane content of 26.7% mg/ kg and 491. 2 mg/kg. The other was special food and the Aspartane content was 782.0 mg/ kg. |
