利用高效能液相層析法（High performance liquid chromatography, HPLC） 與傳統之微生物力價核定法（Microbiological agar diffusion assay） 及碘滴定法（Iodometric titration） 作 Amoxicillin 力價測定之比較試驗，以比較三種方法所得結果彼此間之差異性，來評估 HPLC 法之適用性。依據三種方法測試所得數據，經由 F test 分析顯示，三種方法之間皆無顯著差異（p > O.05）。故可以 HPLC 法取代傳統微生物法測定 Amoxicillin 抗生素之力價。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Amoxicllin bulk drugs were assayed by microbiological, iodometric and HPLC methods to determine whether the HPLC method is a suitable substitute for the official methods. Statistical F-test was used to assess the equivalence of the paired assay results. No significant intermethod differences were noted for the assay results for each pair. The results indicated the HPLC method is a suitable substitute for the traditionary methods for the determination of amoxicillin bulk drugs. |
