蔬果用清潔劑刺激性之評估

THE IRRITATION POTENTIAL OF VEGETABLE CLEANING DETERGENTS

價購之市售蔬果用清潔劑，經以雞胚卵絨毛尿囊膜法（Hen's egg Test-chorioallantoic Membrane, HET-CAM）檢測對膜具分組標準屬於'輕微刺激性'之七種品牌八件檢品，另以 Draize 氏家兔眼睛試驗法進行眼睛刺激作用之評估，以尋求此兩種試驗體系間之相關性，試驗結果顯示其刺激作用強度間，有著一致的相關性。

The Hen's egg Test-Chorioallatoic (HEF-CAM) test was used in this investigation. The Abalica fertile eggs were inculated for ten days and then exposed to the vegetable-cleaning detergents. The CAM of HET -CAM test effects were scored and classified to give risk assessments analogous to these of the Draize's rabbit eye-test. The results showed that eight samples were postive.
