速食漢堡及三明治中病原性大腸桿菌汙染之調查

INVESTIGATION OF ENTEROVIRULENT ESCHE RICHIA COLI CONTAMINATION IN HAMBURGERS and SANDWICHES

自民國84年9月至民國85年4月間，在全灣南部地區（高雄縣市、屏東市）大型速食漢堡店、一般早餐漢堡專賣店及攤販抽購市售之速食漢堡檢體66件及夾肉餡三明治檢體34件，共計抽購100件。以中國國家標準為檢驗依據，其中生化試驗部份，則使用VITEK微生物自動分析儀之GNI鑑別卡，以進行快速鑑定。檢驗結果：病原性大腸桿菌均為陰性。

A total of 100 samples including 66 hamburgers and 34 meat sandwiches were collected during the period between September 1995 and April 1996 in the areas of Kaoshung and Pingtung. The stores that were examined contained fast food stores, regular breakfast shops and street venders. The inspection was Sonducted nuder the Chinese National Standard and GNI identification card from VITEK automatic microbiological identification system to proceed biochemical tests. The final results showed no samples to be contaminated by enterovirulent Escherichia coli.
