本文將分析「程廷祚〈《尚書古文疏證》辨〉」三個論述重點：「邏輯基點的部分謀合」，「深耕文獻的考辨策略」，以及「《疏證》不足舉隅」，藉此廓清程廷祚為《疏證》作〈辨〉的意義。

This article is the reflection on the three points elaborated in Ting-zuo Cheng's writing of ”Shang Shu Gu Wen Shu Zheng Bian.” There are logical consistent points between ”Wan Shu Ding Yi” and ”Shang Shu Gu Wen Shu Zheng.” The strategy of textual criticism through analyzing large number of literatures and lack of enough instances in ”Shu Zheng.” And we want to clarify the meaning of Ting-zuo Cheng's writing of ”Bian” on Shang Shu Gu Wen Shu Zheng based on above mentioned commentary.
