With globalization and capitalism in modern societies the employment situation in the labor market is getting harder. Aboriginal minorities need to seek how to survive in the labor market while facing mainstream social adaptation and cultural gap. Cultural heritage must live on economic source of employment. Lack of employment makes it harder to survive in modern societies. The government has surveyed the employment situation of the indigenous peoples which reveals the employment trends. However, the issues of low wages, low employment stability, and inadequate protection of labor rights need to be explored in order to explain the situation. This paper investigates the reasons behind the data from the perspective of social exclusion in order to look for the problems based on the basis of facts in the hope of serving as references for the planning of national policies. |
