Introduction of Arrhythmias

新心律不整可藉由12導極心電圖、24小時心電圖及運動心電圖協助診斷，常與體質虛弱、情治刺激及外邪侵入有關，心膽虛怯、心脾兩虛、陰虛火旺、心陽不足、水飲凌心、心血瘀組、痰火擾心、心氣不足、氣陰兩虛為常見證型，最常使用方劑為氣血兩虛的炙甘草湯。

Arrhythmias can be diagnosed through 12-lead electrocardiogram, 24-hour electrocardiogram, and exercise electrocardiogram. It is supposed to be connected with frail constitution, attack of exogenous pathogens, and emotional stimulation. The common syndromes include heart-gallbladder deficiency, heart-spleen deficiency, flaring of fire due to yin deficiency, insufficiency of heart-yang, weak cardiac function with edema, heart-blood stagnation, disturbance of the heart by phlegmatic fire, insufficiency of heart qi, deficiency of both qi and yin. The commonly-used formula is Zhigancao Decotion on qi-blood deficiency.
