Syndromes and Treatments of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

非酒精性脂肪肝的基本病機為痰濕阻滯、瘀血阻絡，臨床證型為痰瘀互結、肝鬱脾虛、濕熱內蘊、氣滯血瘀、痰濕內組、肝腎陰虛、肝腎陰虛、脾腎陽虛、脾虛濕盛及熱毒內蘊等，常見脾腎虧虛兼肝鬱證最為常見，可選健脾補腎中藥治療，如丹梔逍遙散加味。

The basic pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver is phlegm-damp obstruction and static blood obstructing the network vessels. The clinical syndromes include phlegm accumulating with blood-stasis, liver depression and spleen deficiency, damp-heat brewing internally, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm-damp obstruction in collaterals, liver-kidney yin-deficiency, spleen-kidney yang-deficiency, superabundance of dampness due to spleen-asthenia, internal accumulation of toxic heat. The syndrome of spleen-kidney depletion and liver-qi stagnation is common manifestations. The kidney-and-spleen strengthening Chinese drug, such as modified danzhi xiaoyao powder can be used to treat it.
