目的:本研究旨在探討不同背景因素之護理人員對繼續教育課程的成效認知。方法:首先藉由專家諮詢建構出教育課程學習成效與滿意度之評量問卷;再針對一系列教育課程之參與人員進行學習成效與滿意度的資料蒐集,最後採用描述性統計與ANOVA分析方法進行統計分析。結果:研究結果顯示參與人員對於課程皆呈現高的滿意度,其中對教師教學態度的滿意度最高;結果顯示不同年齡之護理人員對繼續教育課程的環境滿意度有所不同,此外結果亦顯示服務於不同機構之護理人員的成效與滿意度認知有所差異。結論:為了提升護理人員對繼續教育的成效與滿意度,針對相關護理人員進行合適之繼續教育課程規劃甚為重要。期望藉此繼續教育學習成果調查,以作為後續繼續教育課程規劃之參酌。 |
英文摘要 |
Purposes: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness and satisfaction cognition of nursing staff from different backgrounds who participated in a series of continuing education courses. Methods: The expert consulting technique was used to construct the satisfaction assessment questionnaire. Data was collected from 1298 participants after a series of educational courses and results were analyzed with descriptive analysis and ANOVA analysis. Results: Participants were highly satisfied with the courses. They were more satisfied with the teacher's teaching attitude. The results also showed that nursing staff of different ages had differences in environment cognition. Nursing staff who served in different healthcare institutions had different effectiveness and satisfaction cognition. Conclusions: In order to promote nursing staff effectiveness and satisfaction cognition with continuing education courses, proper planning is important. We sincerely hope the findings of this study can provide a useful reference for future continuing education program design. |
