長期以來,對於領導理論之探究大都聚焦於各種能引發組織及成員良好表現之領導模式或行為,惟邇來負向領導已逐漸受到學術研究者之重視。本研究透過文獻探討及問卷調查等有系統的研究實施程序,以高雄市、屏東縣所有公立國中及國小學務主任為研究對象,在發出520份問卷,回收可進行正式分析的問卷數量計330份之統計分析中,獲得以下的結論:1.國民中小學校長表現低程度的負向領導,主任與校長的負向互動情緒知覺是低的,而正向互動情緒知覺是中上程度,且主任對校長有中上的滿意度程度;2.概括地說,除校長性別外,本研究所探析之不同背景變項在校長負向領導、正負向互動情緒與主任對校長滿意度等變項上並沒有顯著差異;3.國民中小學校長負向領導與負向互動情緒呈顯著正相關,校長負向領導與正向互動情緒呈負相關,校長負向領導與主任對校長滿意度有顯著負相關,另外負向的互動情緒與校長滿意度呈負相關,正向的互動情緒與校長滿意度呈正相關;4.經由統計顯示,校長負向領導對正負向互動情緒及校長滿意度具有預測作用。基於研究的顯示及結論,本研究最後並提出對於校長領導及未來研究的建議。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of principals’ negative leadership interactive emotion between dean of student affairs and principal ,and principal satisfaction in primary schools and junior high schools. The study employed literature review and questionnaire surveys. Data were collected from dean of student affairs in primary schools and junior high schools. The total usable number of questionnaires returned was 330. The result of the study has shown that the state of principals’ negative leadership, interactive emotion and principal satisfaction is acceptable. There were significant relationships among principals’ negative leadership, interactive emotion between dean of student affairs and principal, and principal satisfaction. In addition, the impact of principals’ negative leadership and principal satisfaction was significant. Finally, the author tried to make some suggestions for educators to improve principal leadership and the future study. |
