建築工程規劃設計安全考量技術

Safety Considerations for Architecture Design

為期於工程設計階段將安全納入考量以提升施工安全，本文提供建築設計人員辦理建築工程規劃設計過程妥適地將安全納入考量之技術，包括：「建築工程設計需求安全分析」、「基地現況調查安全查核」、「建築配置方案安全查核」、「建築工程設計成果安全審查」等作業程序並及標準；對設計成果辦理施工規劃安全檢討，規範安全設施，儘可能量化安全衛生預算之編列與合理編訂合約工期等。本文並具體將規劃設計階段實施之安全考量提示於工程合約圖說中並列出要求施工單位辦理事項（含進一步之調查評估等），使工程安全考量自規劃設計至施工階段有效地延續實施，對施工安全之提升當有相當之助益。

There are lots of issues affecting the construction safety of architectures, such as geography and geology of the job site, the design, construction machine and equipment, operating procedures, managing system, etc. This paper proposes a series of procedures and forms for construction safety. Topics discussed include safety analysis of functional requirements, on-site safety audit systems, safety reviews of planning and safety audits, safety considerations in construction planning, planning and design of safety facilities, compliance of construction safety regulations, safety and sanitary facility budget, and estimation of the project duration. Once the safety management system recommended in this paper is implemented, improvement of construction safety can be expected.
