我國框式鋼管施工架檢定制度之研究

Investigation of Inspection System for Frame-Type Scaffolding Used in Taiwan

本研究針對目前國內工地使用最為普遍之框式鋼管施工架，建立一套適合我國國情之檢定制度，以有效掌握框式鋼管施工架的品質，確保施工架結構可達到設計預期的安全要求，提昇國內營造工地施工之安全性，進而減少營建倒塌意外之發生。本研究之重點在如何確保框式鋼管施工架材料品質，使施工架之使用、剔除、修補、檢定等工作能呈現完整系列之面貌，採用的方式從技術面及制度面著手，以合理化的檢驗技術與檢定流程兩方面來有效掌握框式鋼管施工架品質。

The objective of this paper is to establish an appropriate inspection system of temporary structures for frame-type scaffolding which is commonly used at construction sites in Taiwan. Application of the inspection system will verify the functions of frame-type scaffolding and confirm its original design criteria. Thus, the safety of frame-type scaffolding can be ensured and collapses of temporary structures formed by scaffolding can be prevented. Based on feasible inspection technology and inspection algorithm, this study focuses on assuring the material quality of the scaffolding structure technically and systematically at different stages of use, dismantling, maintenance and inspection during its service life cycle.
