花蓮市某國中學校護理師實踐學生「口腔衛生」健康促進計畫之行動研究

目的：探究如何以行動研究的方法，敘事性的文本，描述學校護理師實踐：合乎市中心國中學生之「口腔衛生」健康促進計畫的過程，經歷「校護即行動研究者」這一個自身位置移動的歷程。方法：作者由模糊到清晰的運用了行動研究的方法，從以前在衛生所職業、求學的處遇，轉換到學校職業現場的心境出發，嘗試將學理與實務經驗連結、帶入，企圖實踐一個解決學生問題之健康促進計畫。結果：在整個計畫實踐的過程，不斷地遇到現實、體制、政策、經費與時間緊迫的困境，經歷在主體位置的校護，於過程中貼近師生及現況的釐清；各方前輩與長官、同事加入成為協同研究者的行動歷程，產生了方法和策略的變化，轉成自身甦醒的實踐經驗。結論：此具甦醒經驗的「口腔衛生」健康促進計畫，其內容、策略、方法、步驟與過程，隨著行動研究的進行不斷的發生改變乃是此研究的歷程。

Purpose: Study by action research method with narrating text to describe the practice of a school nurse: Conform with the course of promoting the ‘oral hygiene’ health plan of the junior high school student in the city center, experience the history of moving one's position from a school nurse to an action researcher. Method: The action research method that the author takes from fuzzy to clear application, chancing from the former vocation in the healthcenter, the antecedent of advanced study, and set out into the mental state of the school job scene, to try to link the theory and the practical experience, and bring into, attempt to practice the health promotion plan that could solve the student's health problem. Result: In the course of Practicing in the whole plan, unceasingly encounter the urgent predicament of reality, system, policy, funds and time, experience at the main position of the school nurse, in the course to approach to distinguish the teachers and students and present situation; The various aspect of the older generation and leader and colleagues joined action course become a coordination with the researcher, have produced the changes of method and tactics, turned into my practical revival experience. Conclusion: This has revived the experiential health promotion plan about‘oral hygiene’, it's content, policy, method, step and course, follows the unceasingly changing course that action research is taking and is the course of this research.
