Purpose: Study by action research method with narrating text to describe the practice of a school nurse: Conform with the course of promoting the ‘oral hygiene’ health plan of the junior high school student in the city center, experience the history of moving one's position from a school nurse to an action researcher. Result: In the course of Practicing in the whole plan, unceasingly encounter the urgent predicament of reality, system, policy, funds and time, experience at the main position of the school nurse, in the course to approach to distinguish the teachers and students and present situation; The various aspect of the older generation and leader and colleagues joined action course become a coordination with the researcher, have produced the changes of method and tactics, turned into my practical revival experience. Conclusion: This has revived the experiential health promotion plan about‘oral hygiene’, it's content, policy, method, step and course, follows the unceasingly changing course that action research is taking and is the course of this research. |
