英美過失侵權行為法中的因果關系論－－兼論對我國侵權法上因果關系認定的啟示

本文對英美過失侵權法上的因果關系理論進行了系統評介，並對其最新發展狀況予以介紹，在此基礎上又對我國和其他民法法系國家相關理論加以分析，進而指出了其對我國司法實踐因果關系認定的積極借鑒意義。

This article systematically reviews the causation theory of negligence in Anglo-American tort law, and introduces its latest development. It also analyses correlative theories of China and some other countries in civil law System, and points out that they have positive use for reference in recognizing causation in China’s judicial practice. Finally, it presents its advice on the improvement of the theories above.
