The information age is now leading the global industries into so-called post-industry era. In the meanwhile, all the members living in the world village are developing the norm of new order basing on a new diagram of collaboration. Further, newly developed information industries are expected to turn over the social mode of traditional economy and, in turns, substantially affects the living style and environment of human beings. At the era of juncture like this, what concerns Chinese people mostly should be the impacts derived from the process of globalization and the dynamic strait issues. Therefore, this paper, basing on the realism of evolving information technology and developing e-commerce, tried to take the development of Taiwan’s Electronic Signature Law as an example. In this paper, some of Taiwan’s valuable experiences are taken to cope with the developing model of Chinese law in mainland, where the government indulges in a dual developing pace to deal with the issues both relating to the industrialization and informationalization of Chinese society. |
