跟單信用證統一慣例電子交單補充規則eUCPl.O研究

信用證為國標經濟往來的重要支付手段，但隨著高科技的發展，網絡技術的普及與成熟，各國與地區逐漸建立結合電子數據的交易平臺，實現無紙化貿易的電子信用證的模式，縮短了信用證的交單時間以減低單據的不符點，降低了國標貿易往來的費用成本、人工成本。國際商會在2002年4月正式實施了有關電子信用證eUCP規範。筆者試通過與UCP比較得出eUCP的特點，研究eUCP對電子信用證的規範與eUCP作為UCP的補充規則。

It can not deny that Letter of credit is one of the most important payment functions in international tradings. Recently, as the development of the information technology and internet has became more widely spread, many countries are trying to build up and perform business on the internet platform. It has several benefits, such as saving the labor cost, the time to negotiate the wire transaction and minimize the discrepency of the examination of L/C documents. International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) passed a regulation to enroll the eUCP as a supplement to the UCP for the electronic letter of credits on March 31, 2002. In this research, I will study the functions and specialties of the eUCP to derive how eUCP can supple to the UCP and the letter of credit by the electronic.
