本文目的在介紹國內某技術學院護理學系推行問題導向學習教學法的情形,採用課程為成人護理學,對象為日二技護理系一年級學生,共有48位,於期中與期末,以結構式評量表與非結構式問題進行調查,蒐集質、量性資料以了解學生整體學習之滿意度。結果顯示學生在期中與期末學習滿意度方面以「運用各類學習資源促進學習」、「師生互動增加」及「運用團體過程使學習所得更多」為主要前三項。在學生自我滿意度方面,以「準時參與課程」、「嘗試在團體中發言」的評價最高。在小組教師的評量部份,學生對「教師的準備度與引導」最正向。在期中評量時,準備此課程的時間佔所有課業準備時間20~50%,有一半以上的學生比率各為52.1%、47.9%,期末時,每位學生平均每週花費約八小時在這門課程。而學生認為自此課程收穫最多前三項,為「批判思考能力增加」、「資料查詢與運用的能力」、「多方面與深入評估個案問題」。The aim of this paper was to introduce how Problem-Based Learning strategy was implemented in a course of Adult Health Nursing. Fourty-eight students of the first year college students in a 2- year RN to BSN program were recruited in the study. The quantitative and qualitative data were collected by structured and non-structured questionnaires to realize the learning satisfaction of the students. The results of learning satisfaction outcome done at the middle and end of the semester revealed that students were beneficial most in the aspects of utilizing of diverse learning resources to promote learning process, interaction among peers and facilitators, and small group learning process. The students ranked the highest points to two areas 'being on-time for class' and 'the attempting of speak-up in a small group discussion'. In the portion of evaluation toward tutors, the students gave positive feedback on preparation and facilitation in tutorial process. The average hours the students spent on the course were approximately an hour per day. As a whole, increasing the ability of critical thinking, information searching and holistic nursing assessments were deemed to be the most satisfied in the class. |
