本文旨在分析全球化浪潮與臺灣未來公民教育實施方向之調整。研究者將區分五種全球化型態加以討論,其中定位在政治、經濟、文化、社會及環境方面等五項資源重新分配、可能風險與臺灣在地化自主覺醒的角度分析之,並提出我國未來公民教育發展之調整方向,俾作為臺灣公民教育推動與實施之參考。公民教育的內涵與發展方向應隨時空情境的更迭而調整,臺灣在面對全球化的風潮下,公民教育必須闊別傳統式僅強調以民族主義及愛國主義為核?的教育體系,取而代之的是須對整個世界、社會、環境和文化正義的關懷與反省。全球化的公民教育大抵致力於學生必須發展出兼具社區、國家、區域到全球層面之多層次公民參與的知識與能力。尤其必須同時面對並遵行:全球化與本土化的並存包容;理解融合與分化的社會結構;接納全球化,也須瞭解反全球化;包容多元文化社會的差異性;發展前瞻性的多面向(多重公民資格)及落實永續發展的環境教育等議題。The purpose of this article is to analyze the phenomenon of globalization and the amendment of the development direction of Taiwan's future civic education. The investigators divided into five types of globalization: political, economic, cultural, social and environmental dimensions, and, respectively, from the re-allocation of resources, the risk of possible with Taiwan local autonomic arousal angle to analyze and propose correction direction of future development of civic education in Taiwan, as Taiwan to promote civic education and the implementation of the reference. The content and direction of development of the civic education should be corrected with the times and the changes in the environment, and Taiwan in the face of the globalization trend, civic education teachers must abandon the trad itional emphasis on nationalism and patriotism as the core of the education system only change for the to be the concern of the whole world, social, environmental and cultural justice and reflection. Civic education goal of globalization is committed to de veloping students both in the community, national, regional knowledge and capabilities to the global level as many levels of citizen participation. In particular, must deal with both and comply with: the coexistence of globalization and localization inclus ive; understanding of the social structure of the integration and differentiation; acceptance of globalization, and also should be aware of the anti -globalization; inclusive multicultural society differences; development of a forward-looking multi-dimensional citizen and implementation of sustainable development, environmental education and other issues. |
