本研究主要目的在分析國小教育實習生所建立之教學檔案,以了解國小教育實習生在實習歷程的專業成長的情況,以及將教學檔案作為評量工具的回饋情形,以作為師資培育機構用於改善實習指導之參考。本研究為了解教學檔案對國小教育實習生的影響,藉由文獻分析,建立國小教育實習生之教學檔案評量項目;其次請五位國小教育實習生依此撰寫教學檔案,接著以結構性訪談、教學檔案文件分析與教學檔案檢核工具,進行資料的蒐集與處理。研究結果發現,從教學檔案的呈現內容可以發現,國小教育實習生歷經六個月的實習歷程,確實有助於其專業成長,例如能增進教學的技巧與能力、改善其班級管理的策略等;其次以教學檔案作為評量工具也有其限制,包括國小教育實習生的省思能力與內容有待加強、實習歷程短暫會影響教學檔案的製作與呈現、教學檔案難以客觀評比國小教育實習生間之教學品質的優劣等;最後本研究依據研究結果,提出結論與建議,以供各師資培育機構之參考。The main purpose of this study was to explore the study of teaching portfolios on the professional growth of the elementary school intern teacher. Data of structure interviews, teaching portfolios and teaching documents of five elementary school intern teachers are analyzed in this study. The results from the analysis of the teaching portfolios showed that inter teachers teaching professional development could be improved , but the teaching portfolios as assessment tools has its limitations, including the intern teacher's reflective ability and the content needs to be strengthened etc. After organizing and analyzing the data, the findings can be taken as suggestions to the teacher training institutions in Taiwan. |
