文化觀光與文化創意產業共享一套文化資源與商業機制,從政府組織改造過程中,喧騰一時的文化觀光部,以及2010年通過的文化創意產業發展法,皆顯示出文化創意產業對文化觀光的忽略與排擠。究其原因,源於文化精英的文化觀、樣糊的生活創意產業、生產與消費的二元思考等三個因素,導致文化創意產業未能包含文化觀光。然而,法律與政策的排擠,立主不能阻礙雙方在實務上的相互延引。但是,面對知識經濟的快速流動與產業競爭,在觀念與視野上必須進一步放寬,才能產生異業結盟的中目乘效果。本文提出將文化觀光做為文化創意產業的指標以及地方文化活化,做為思索文化創意產業與文化觀光結合的起點。Cultural tourism and cultural creative industries share a set of cultural resources and business mechanisms. From the government reform process, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism was abortion, and the categories of 'The Development of Cultural and Creative Industries Act', cultural creative industries neglect and marginalize to cultural tourism. The reasons stem from culture concept of cultural elite, fuzzy living creative industries, binary thinking of production and consumption, the three factors leading to cultural creative industries not included culture tourism. However, cultural tourism can be used as indicators of cultural creative industries and the activation of the local culture, as a starting point for thinking about integrate with cultural creative industries and cultural tourism. |
