腎氣、天癸、經水是女性的生理特點,為傅氏女科調經治病主要的學術思想內容。傅氏臨床治病重視臟腑經絡氣血辨證,其調經用藥除擷取明朝李中梓的乙癸同治法外,更創立心肝脾腎同治法、肝脾腎同治法、肝脾同治法、以及心腎同治法,為傅氏調經治病的一大特色。傅氏調經治病的另一特色是調肝治肝法,此法與明朝著名醫家薛己治療月經病相類同。另外,其調經用藥部份也承襲了明朝張景岳的調經治病方法,重視填補真陰精血,而主以當歸熟地來治療。Kidney vitality (qi), development of the female reproductive system (Tien-Gui) and menstruation are vital and central parts of the female physiology and consequently the foci of Fu Qing Zhu’s treatment of menstrual disorders. Fu’s clinical philosophy centers on diagnoses of the statuses of visceral organs, meridian, vitality (qi) and circulation. In addition to adopting the simultaneous treatment (of primary and secondary [Yi-Gui] reproductive disorders) approach of the famous physician Lee Zhong Zhi of the Ming Dynasty, Fu introduced the holistic care heartliver- spleen-kidney, liver-spleen-kidney, liver-spleen and heart kidney axes approach, which became characteristic features of Fu’s treatment of menstrual disorders. Another special feature of Fu’s treatment of menstrual disorders is hepatic care and treatment which are similar in principle to the approach of the famous physician Xue Ji of the Ming Dynasty. Pharmacologcially Fu follows largely the practice originated by Zhang Jing-Yue of the Ming Dynasty in the choice of herbal medicine. Particular emphasis is placed on the fortification of the female (true yin) and hematological (blood essence) systems. Choice herbs include tangkuei and cooked rehmannia. |
