肝癌、肝硬化是病毒性肝炎兩個常見又嚴重的併發症。肝硬化為臺灣地區1995 年十大死因第六位，肝癌為臺灣地區1995 年十大腫瘤死因的第一位，可見病毒性肝炎在臺灣造成國家、社會、家庭重大的損失。本研究以臺北市立和平醫院中西醫聯合肝膽門診的病患為研究對象，期間為一年六個月，以隨機取樣，採用中西醫會診制度，並以西醫診斷、中醫的辨證分型，分為A 、B 二組；A 組以固定給予加味逍遙散，B 組以中醫的辨證方式給藥，進行完整三個月中醫治療。在治療前後接受一系列肝腎功能生化檢查與腹部超音波檢查，並探討中醫對慢性肝炎臨床症狀療效的評估，結果A 組加味逍遙散組對肝炎症狀、肝功能有統計學上改善的意義，B 組辨證論治組對肝炎症狀、肝功能比較，亦有統計學上改善的意義。The liver cirrhosis and hepatoma were two common and serious complication of chronic viral hepatitis .The liver cirrhosis was the sixth disease of major ten death and the hepatoma was the first disease of ten death induced by tumor in Taiwan 1995.It was clear that the chronic viral hepatitis made a great loss of one’s health in family and society. The subjects of the study were come from the out patients department of liver and gallbladder in the traditional Chinese medicine of the Taipei Municipal Ho-Ping Hospital. We devided the subjects into two groups at random. “A” group were given the China herb formula “Chia-Wai-Hsiao-Yao-San” and ”B” group were treated based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs after diagnosed chronic hepatitis by the morden medicine. The blood tests, ultra sound and symptoms were checked before treatment and tests again after three months. Compared the difference of effectiveness between “A” group and “B” group. The results were checked by the statistics of paired T test. The symptoms and liver function of “A” group have improved with statistic difference, “B” group also have improved with statistic difference. |
