現今中國日益加大的社會貧富差距無疑是不合理的分配制度長期運行的結果。要實現社會分配公平，必須對現行的分配制度和規則進行全面檢討，並在此基礎上運用各種法律制度資源，構建真正體現社會公平的分配制度體系。The ever increasing excessive wealth inequality in China is undoubtedly contributed to long operation of an unjust distribution system. To distribute social wealth fairly, the existing regime and principles must be improved based on which a system that can truly realize just wealth distribution should be reconstructed with all legal resources available.
