The purpose of this study was to analyze the annual reports of guidance practices of local school district regarding the education of mainstreamed visually impaired students. Category analyses were: historical development, teacher characteristics, student file, curriculum, instructional materials, social resources, and guidance practices According to the content analysis of the annual report, it is found that the annual report has been a valuable document for administrators, teachers, and researchers to learn, while a few aspects of the report need to be refined by some local school district. |
