Involvement in sporting activities can delay elderly aging process and physiological deterioration. Through appropriate exercises and work outs, the level of healthiness can be raised to meet the needs for the activities of daily livings. However, individuality and living environment may differ among the elderly; different individuals must consider the appropriateness of the work out method through different exercise prescriptions. It is highly significant to provide suitable exercises for each elder and to accomplish work out goals; therefore, this article will provide prescription suggestions and mention the benefits of sporting activities involvement for the elderly through biomechanical perspectives. In addition, it will point out how to handle the possible effects of elderly aging and physical activities recommendations through daily life's habitual movements and effective musculoskeletal system improvements according to each individual's unique exercise training that should be followed due to individual variation. |
