The aim of knowledge management is to set up a learning organization. Nevertheless, how to promote all workers to use different occasions or channels to study new things and keep the enthusiasm of learning, it is necessary to conduct formative evaluation to the organization learning. However, the main contents in formative evaluation of learning organization can be concised to system thinking, mental model development and team learning moral, and effectiveness in intellectual properties and productivity. Finally, to evaluate the measurements to promote the work value or/and learning moral can be considered as the basis of running a learning organization. |
