Theories and Models of the Self-directed Learning

自我導向學習可以是一種歷程，是一種個人特質，也可以是一種學習型態。此文從歷程、個人心理特質、教學、.互動、學習過程與結果五個層面，介紹十種與自我導向學習相關的理論及九個自我導向學習模式；每種理論或模式，都各有其背景及著重點。自我導向學習者可選擇任一合適的模式或綜合若干模式來執行自己的自我導向學習。

The self-directed learning can be seen as a process, a personal trait, or a learning style. From the following dimensions ： procedure, personal psychological trait, teaching, interaction, learning process and outcome, the author introduces ten related theories and nine models. Each theory or model has its own background and focuses. The self-directed learner can choose any suitable model or combine several models to execute one's own self-directed learning.
