The purpose of this study was to explore the process of intergenerational learning between elders as transmitters and their young learners . That results showed that:(1)The sentiment among elders and learners developed the intergenerational relationship. (2)The difference existed between the “active guiding” transmission strategy and the “leading in accordance with its natural tendency” strategy. (3)The knowledge mobility between two generations was reciprocal.(4)The communication sophistication of elders also made different influences on intergenerational interaction .(5)The young learners changed their stereotype toward elders through intergenerational learning. |
