從企業被害威脅探討防損發展之趨勢

重要企業遭挖角洩漏商業機密，民營企業幹部私自收受廠商賄賂，企業內部貪腐頻繁，使企業經營成本增加喪失競爭力，影響國家社會與民眾利益，政府與立法部門也相繼提出有關企業規範及加重懲處內部員工不法行為。犯罪預防從公部門逐漸延伸到私領域，從社會治安延展至企業內部被害預防，包括金融銀行、零售企業、教育機構、醫療院所、政府機關等，運用整合性企業安全管理機制，透過安全專業的思維，提供企業防損控管措施以強化其競爭力。本研究主要目的是瞭解企業被害威脅與防止損失，建構企業內安全管理機制，企業經營的風險來源。從國外相關文獻分析，探討企業安全防損的威脅與識別，了解企業安全防損的應用價值。研究結果發現企業面臨各種不同類型的損害威脅與挑戰，企業應重視內部安全防損流程控管，從防損思維創新思考企業經營的面向，使企業面臨的安全威脅時，能夠降低經營的風險。
