This research aims to probe into the current condition and correlation of elementary school teachers' knowledge management and teaching innovation. The method of questionnaire survey was adopted with stratified random sampling and 530 public elementary schoolteachers from Taoyuan County were selected and given the Questionnaire for Research on Schoolteachers' Knowledge Management and Teaching Innovation. The effective sample size was 483 persons; the recollection rate of effective questionnaires was 91%. The data collected was analyzed and tested via a good number of statistic measures including descriptive statistics, product-moment correlation, multiple regression and structural equation modeling. The result show a good degree of fit with the parameter estimates. Based on the result, this study has provided some suggestions for educational administrations and principal's leadership. |
