Ministry of Education and its assigned Consulting Group have been actively promoting the project of "Advancing Classroom Instructional Design Capability" so as to help the implementation of each proposal. However, it has been six years since Ministry of Education started this project. There was a lack of relevant documents and many issues needed further discussion. Hence, the major purposes of the research contain: 1) Understanding Consulting Group's use of methods towards Advancing Classroom Instructional Design in each City / County; 2) Discussing implementation plan's context towards Advancing Classroom Instructional Design in each City / County; 3) Analyzing Consulting Group’s implementation effect towards Advancing Classroom Instructional Design in each City / County; 4) Based on research results, listing policies for future improvements and adjustments. |
