This study is to integrate the video game “Wii Taiko Drum Master” into the rhythm learning in the music class of the junior high school and it’s based on quasiexperimentation design. The purpose of the study is to understand if this kind of gamebased learning can improve the effective of rhythm learning with higher learning motivation. Research results by comparing the experimental group and the control group indicate that: 1. For the effectiveness of the rhythm learning, the experimental group is better than control group (p< .05). 2. For the motivation of the rhythm learning, the experimental group is higher than control group (p< .05). The conclusion is gamebased learning can help student on rhythm learning with better effectiveness and higher motivation. |
