The purpose of this study is to investigate the value perceptions, academic achievement, expectation, disconfirmation on students’ satisfaction at a public elementary school in Yunlin county. On analysis, the major conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. expectation has positive influence on satisfaction. 2. expectation has positive influence on perceived performance. 3. disconfirmation has positive influence on satisfaction. 4. perceived performance has positive influence on value perceptions. 5. value perceptions has positive influence on satisfaction. 6. academic achievement has positive influence on satisfaction. Overall, the findings will provide related suggestions to the administration at school. |
