In the context of the rise of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta as a national strategy in mainland China, the three provinces and one city have made many explorations to promote the joint protection and governance of the ecological environment, especially in the areas of collaborative legislation for regional environmental governance, cross regional joint law enforcement, and unified judicial rules; However, there are still shortcomings such as the mismatch between the positioning and authority of cross regional organizational coordination institutions, the lack of deep coordination in regional collaborative legislation, the lack of legal guarantees for joint law enforcement, and the inconsistency of judicial judgment rules. Therefore, the rule of law approach for ecological integration in the Yangtze River Delta should be coordinated with the thinking of regional collaborative governance, improving the functions of integrated organizational coordination institutions, establishing regional collaborative legislative mechanisms, deepening cross regional collaborative law enforcement system reforms, and promoting the construction of integrated judicial collaborative mechanisms to provide legal guarantees for ecological integration in the Yangtze River Delta. |
