身心障礙父母的親職經驗──以交織性為切入點

The Parenthood of Parents with Disability: Reviewing from Intersectionality

本研究旨在回顧國內外近15年間的身心障礙父母親職相關之質性實證研究，以此深入瞭解、統整身心障礙父母親職時的經驗。本研究中所回顧的質性實證研究，主要是透過Google Scholar進行搜索與下載，並進一步透過內容分析法進行資料的分析。在瞭解身心障礙父母之親職經驗的過程中發現，身心障礙父母面臨的議題並非單純的障礙議題，因而促使本研究者從交織性的角度探究之。進一步透過內容分析法後，發覺並統整出4大主題，分別從「障礙」、「家庭」、「社會」、「專業」來探究身心障礙父母的親職經驗。「障礙」的部分，探討了障礙對身心障礙父母的挑戰，與因障礙而發展出的復元力。「家庭」則發覺了其雙面刃的特性，既可能是支持與協助，也可能是阻力與傷害。「社會」則談及了社會中對障礙或性別的不友善、現行社會標準對身心障礙父母所產生的心理影響，亦談及了物理障礙對於肢體障礙父母親職所產生的限制。「專業」則不僅深探輔助科技帶給身心障礙父母的助力與限制，也點出了專業人員所面臨潛在問題與倫理議題，甚至提醒到專業服務對身心障礙父母的服務疏忽與其負面影響。最後，本作者則從「障礙」、「家庭」、「社會」、「專業」的角度切入，提供相關的結論與建議。

It was the purpose of this study to realize the parenthood of parents with disability through domestic and overseas qualitative evidence researches in recent 15 years. These researches mainly searched and downloaded through Google Scholar and analyzed by content analysis. While realizing the parenthood of parents with disability, the study found that the challenges parents with disability facing did not simply result from disability. As a result, the researchers decided to review the parenthood of parents with disability from intersectionality. Then, the study got 4 themes from content analysis, including“disability”,“family”,“sociocultural context”, and“professions”. At first, the article discussed how“disability”impacted on parents with disability, and the resilience that resulted from“disability”. Then, the researchers deliberated about“family”to be supportive or harmful factors. After that, the study discussed about how the disability or gender unfriendly in society, the current social standards and values, and inaccessible physical environment had influences on parents with disability. Afterwards, the article talked about the help and resistance given by assistive technology. Furthermore, the study also discussed the potential service or ethical issues, neglect and negative influence when the professional services were provided to parents with disability. In the end of this article, the researchers drew the conclusion and some suggestions from“disability”,“family”,“sociocultural context”, and“professions”.
