The self-determination course is closely related to the areas of life management and social skills in the 12-year national education special needs curriculum syllabus. Research on the application of this self-determination concept in the field of special education also has diverse developments and foundations. Internal promotion in the field of education has a positive impact on organizational effectiveness, that is, good implementation of internal promotion can make the educational goals to be achieved more effective. The purpose of applying internal promotion strategies in the field of education is to make internal staff agree with this concept, and can increase the effectiveness in executing self-decisions. The purpose of this study is to compile literature and data to analyze the positioning and promotion of self-determination courses in the field of special education. The research method uses the universal analysis of content analysis to collect domestic and foreign research related to this topic for summary and analysis. The research results show that in terms of positioning, the legal source can be consistent with the learning content and goals set in the curriculum for the field of special needs for people with disabilities, and in terms of case management of special education students, it will affect the design and implementation of IEP for students with disabilities; in In terms of internal promotion, it can be divided into five categories: education and training, incentives, learning environment, communication channels, and empowerment. Finally, based on the results of this study, relevant suggestions are put forward for practical implementation and follow-up research. |
