女性教育人員在退休成長團體課程上單元回饋表之分析

The Analysis of Retirement Growth Group Training Program on the Unit Feedback forms of Female Educators

本研究旨在評估退休教育人員成長團體課程的適切性，本研究以9位預定於八十七年二月退休的台北市國小女性教師為研究對象。這些受試者接受十次退休成長團體活動課程，每次單元結束時填寫「單元回饋表」，單元回饋表可以分為「單元回饋等第」評量，以及成員的「活動心得和感想」兩個部份。研究結果發現：在單元回饋等第上，十次單元回饋表所有題目，只有兩題的值為3．78，其餘題目的平均值均在4．００以上，尤其團體結時所填寫的「藉由今天的活動，我對退休後的自己更．．．」的平均數更達到4．89；而成員從單元活動心得和感想的回饋中，也都表示能從活動中獲得成長，表示成員對退休成長團體課程有正面的評價。根據研究結果，本研究提出建議，以供教育行政、學校，與相關單位輔導退休教師和未來進一歩相關研究的參考。

This study aimed at investigating the analysis of retirement growth group training program on the unit feedback forms of female educators. The subjects were 9 female elementary teachers retired on February in 1998 in Taipei city. After each retirement growth group program， they were filled in the unit feedback forms. The results had positive evaluation on the unit feedback forms， including scoring on the unit items and responding to the unit activities. The article further discussed and suggested these results for each related education administration to guide retirement teacher program.
